The first common problem: large deviation between mass-produced products and confirmed samples. The main reasons are unstable raw material quality and non-standard production processes. Solution: Before mass production, we will retain the confirmed final sample as the standard sample. All incoming materials are compared with the sample materials for secondary inspection. The production line arranges special personnel to follow the sample for production. Once deviation is found in the production process, it will be corrected immediately. Buyers can arrange random inspection of semi-finished products during the production period.

The second problem: delayed delivery cycle. The common causes include raw material shortage, production line peak congestion and logistics delays. Preventive measures: We will formulate a detailed production schedule after the sample is finalized, and inform the client of key time nodes in advance. For seasonal hot-selling products, remind buyers to place orders in advance. The seventh problem: unreasonable MOQ and temporary order quantity adjustment. Many buyers temporarily change the order quantity after confirming the MOQ. We support reasonable quantity adjustment within 3 days after production starts, and negotiate solutions for large changes. The eighth problem: after-sales return and exchange for damaged goods during transportation.
